• How do I make a make a reservation?  Simply Call us Toll-Free at 1.888.786.7848 to check   availability and reserve your temporary home.
  

• Are there non-smoking units?  Yes, ALL of the suites are non-smoking.
  

• What seasons of the year do you offer?  At this time, the furnished rentals on this website only offer special rates May through October.
  

• Do you allow pets?  Please call to check on availability for a property that may allow a small pet with a deposit.
  

• What if I need to cancel?   Cancellations that happen 31+ days before your arrival date will be refunded their deposit minus the cancellation fee.  Please call for further details. 
  

• What if I need some relocation assistance that isn't listed on your relocation page?  us and well look into the information and get it listed on the site.
  

• Are there any additional costs besides the per month rate and tax?  We do have a one time cleaning charge, carpet cleaning charge, and you are responsible for the electric over the monthly allotted amount.  
  

• Do you offer any other services?  Yes, you also have access to a concierge service that can answer area questions, make dinner reservations, arrange tee times and other adventures or activities.
